Strangely, this cartoon icon suggested by a student at school is the next daily draw. Strange because this is a cartoon icon from my childhood, not theirs! I don't know if they are still playing re-runs or updated the character for a new show...but I was still impressed that she is a fan of Penelope Pitstop, so I had to give this retro character a go - if I had time I would have added her car and maybe some 60s retro style text.
